The United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued an alert concerning the MOVES System and its Lithium Polymer Batteries manufactured by Thornhill Research Inc.

According to the FDA, the batteries were found unresponsive after storage, not recognized by the main device, and are perpetually enabled.
