Medical device manufacturer, Kerr Corporation has initiated a medical device safety alert concerning Discovery Trays. The affected part numbers are 16188 – child size, and 16189 – small size.

According to the manufacturer, boxes of Discovery Trays marked to contain child-sized and small-sized trays actually contain adult-sized trays. There are no safety or efficacy issues associated with this product. Product recall and replacement is ongoing.
