Medical device manufacturer, Medtronic Inc., has issued a medical device safety alert concerning its Sherpa 6F Active Catheters [Model Number: SA61MAK, SA6RDNDIK, Lot Number: All]
The manufacturer has identified a potential quality issue with the affected products. As a result, the manufacturer is recalling the affected products for engineering evaluation.
Users are advised to immediately remove and quarantine all unused potentially affected products that remains in the inventory. Product recall is on-going.
According to the local supplier, the affected products are distributed in Hong Kong.
