There is a potential risk of incorrect length for the affected products. The manufacturer has identified that user ordered 6720-155-007 (15.5cm in length) may receive the box labeling 6720-155-007 with forceps etched with 6720-155-007 but come with 22.0 cm in length instead. According to the manufacturer, there is no risk of harm associated with the incorrect length of these devices.
The manufacturer suggested that user may use the product as it is but to avoid confusion for products within the inventory by removing the product from all packaging and inspecting prior to use to verify the preferred length.
