Medical device manufacturer, Smith & Nephew, has issued a field safety notice concerning Dyonics Bonecutter Electroblade.
According to the manufacturer, certain lots of the devices were labeled with an incorrect expiration date of 48 months instead of 36 months.
According to the local supplier, the affected devices were not distributed in Hong Kong.
If you are in possession of the affected products, please contact your supplier for necessary actions.
