Medical device manufacturer, Applied Medical Resources Corporation, has issued a medical device safety alert concerning its GelPOINTă»Advanced Access Platform [Registered Number: 302ACBZX00027000; Model: CNGL2; Lot: 1506420][HKMD No.: 180332].
According to the manufacturer, a voluntary recall is being issued due to the GS1-128 barcode on the sales packaging label (label on the outer box) of the product inadequacy. The detail is as follows. There are no other defects in the labeling.
